eFitness365: Fit to Live offers students a chance to learn about health and wellness and participate in fitness without leaving the comfort of their own home.
eFitness365:Fit to Live tests student's physical fitness, teaches about fitness, nutrition, and proper exercise techniques while providing weekly workouts based on each student's personalized fitness level.

Students are engaged in the course through online discussions, interactive tools, and videos. This revolutionary course allows students with busy lives to exercise and learn healthy habits more conveniently.

Online fitness also encourages those who might be reluctant to join a group fitness program the privacy of exercising at home surrounded by the support of knowledgeable instruction
