Oh no! We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Revolution, Fresh Choice, or Just Good Tobacco Electric Cigarette Rolling Machine. The good news is we are going to be hard at work getting your machine back to you as soon as possible.
  
6 easy steps for sending us your machine:

1. Box your machine in the smallest box you can fit it in (this will reduce your shipping cost)

2. DO NOT include your power cord when you ship your machine back (unless you think it is broken)

3. Choose a carrier to ship your machine to us (make sure you get tracking so you don't lose your machine; we have found that FedEx is generally cheaper than UPS or the USPS)

4. Include a copy of our Repair Form with your machine (we need this information to know who your machine belongs to!)

5. Include payment (this may be either a copy of your payment reciept from our website, a check made out to Hard Working Products, your credit card information (attached to the Repair Form), or ask us to call you to get yoru credit card information)
